To use evoneximo services you must be eligible under applicable law and capable of entering into binding agreements. Companies and individuals may engage with our services provided they meet the criteria set for specific service tiers and submit truthful information during onboarding.
Users must be at least 18 years old to engage evoneximo for advisory and selection services. Minors cannot create accounts or enter into service agreements on their own behalf.
You agree to use evoneximo services lawfully and not to engage in activities that would violate local regulations, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with service operations. Prohibited activities may result in suspension or termination of access.
Some services, features, or transactions may be restricted by jurisdiction. evoneximo may decline service to users in locations where provision would conflict with local law or regulatory obligations.
Accounts and Registration
Certain features require account registration. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. Account access is limited to lawful personal and business use consistent with these Terms.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team promptly. We will assist with account recovery and take steps to secure your information, coordinating with you as needed.
We may suspend or limit accounts that pose security risks, violate these Terms, or are subject to legal orders. Suspension may be temporary while we contribute issues.
Service Description
evoneximo provides expert curation and advisory services focused on luxury apartment locating, comparative evaluations, and arrangement of viewings or negotiations with property providers. Service scope and deliverables depend on the package selected and will be described in accompanying agreements or engagement letters.
Service features, availability, and pricing may be updated from time to time. We will communicate material changes prior to their effective date when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of revised terms or service scope.
While we strive to make services available, access may be restricted for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen interruptions. We use industry-standard practices to maintain availability but do not promise uninterrupted access.
Usage Rules
When using evoneximo services you must adhere to the following rules to maintain a professional and secure environment for all clients.
- Provide truthful and complete information during onboarding and any evaluation process.
- Do not impersonate others or submit content that violates rights or applicable law.
- Use the service for lawful purposes related to property selection and relocation consulting.
- Respect confidentiality and do not misuse contact details of other users or partners.
- Refrain from using automated systems to access or interact with the website without express permission.
- Comply with local regulations and disclosure requirements when engaging property transactions.
- Report security incidents or suspected misuse to evoneximo promptly.
User Content
Users may provide content such as preferences, messages, or property-related documents in connection with services. You retain responsibility for content you submit and must ensure you have rights to share it.
You retain ownership of personal content you submit, subject to any license you grant evoneximo to operate the service. For business or proprietary materials, disclose any third-party restrictions prior to submission.
By submitting content you grant evoneximo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and store the content as necessary to provide the agreed services. This license terminates when content is deleted or upon contract expiration, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and completeness of user-provided content. evoneximo disclaims responsibility for third-party actions based on user content and may remove content that violates policies or law.
Requests to remove user content will be evaluated and processed in accordance with applicable law. Certain content may be retained for legitimate business purposes, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the evoneximo brand, website design, proprietary methodology, and materials provided as part of services remain with evoneximo or its licensors. Users are granted only the limited rights necessary to access and use the services.
- Do not reproduce or redistribute evoneximo copyrighted materials without express permission.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary tools, methodologies, or software provided by evoneximo.
- Do not remove or alter proprietary notices or marks on materials supplied by evoneximo.
Paid Services and Fees
Certain advisory services, priority matching, and bespoke sourcing are provided for a fee. Paid services are described in service agreements or quotes and are subject to these Terms and any written engagement letter.
Pricing for paid services is set out in the applicable service agreement, proposal, or on our website. Fees reflect the scope of work, complexity, and market conditions at the time of engagement.
Payments are due according to the schedule in your service agreement. Accepted payment methods and invoicing details will be communicated at engagement. Late payments may result in suspension of services until cleared.
Subscription offerings, if any, will have specified billing intervals and renewal terms. You may cancel subscriptions as described in your agreement; cancellations will not entitle you to retain access beyond the paid period unless otherwise specified.
Refunds, if any, will be handled per the terms of the applicable service agreement. Refund assessments consider the stage of service delivery and costs incurred. Specific refund rights, if available, will be provided in writing.
Either party may terminate paid engagements in accordance with the agreement. Upon cancellation, outstanding fees for work performed to date become due and any refundable balance will be processed in line with contractual terms.
Fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, and similar charges unless specified. Clients are responsible for taxes imposed by their jurisdiction unless the invoice indicates otherwise.
We may adjust pricing to reflect changes in service scope, market conditions, or regulatory changes. Price changes will be communicated ahead of billing cycles when feasible.
Non-payment can result in suspension of service delivery and access until balances are resolved. We may pursue collection actions consistent with applicable law for overdue accounts.
Disclaimer
evoneximo provides professional advisory services based on available information, market knowledge, and expert assessment. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, evoneximo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where local law requires otherwise.
Third-Party Providers
Our service may rely on third-party listings, providers, or platforms. evoneximo is not responsible for the performance or content of third parties. Engagements with third parties may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship as provided in the applicable engagement agreement. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination.
Upon termination, we will cease providing services and, where applicable, return or delete client materials in accordance with our data retention policies. Outstanding fees and obligations survive termination.
Privacy and Data
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our services you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure practices set out in that policy.
Communications
We may send administrative and service-related communications to the contact information you provide. You can set marketing preferences separately, but administrative messages regarding service performance, billing, or security may be sent regardless of marketing preferences.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated in advance where practical. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be interpreted under Thai law except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
Dispute Resolution
Parties should attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or legal proceedings in Thai courts unless another forum is agreed in writing.
